ADULT’S COMPETITION / KIDS’ COMPETITION

• Open only to festival attendees
• The judges’ decision is unappealable
• Criteria to evaluate: TECHNIQUE – USE OF SPACE – ASSIMILATION OF STYLE – USE OF COSTUMES AND MUSICAL CHOICE – INTERACTION AND DEVELOPMENT WITH THE AUDIENCE – CHOREOGRAPHY (when applicable) – COORDINATION (when applicable) – IMPROVISATION (when applicable)
• All participants will be promoted on social media flyers with photo and name
• All participants will receive feedback on their performance
• Adult Stage friday measures: 5,40 m x 2,10 m – 3,30 m high – Saturday: 10 m x 9 m x 5 m high
• Kids’ stage measures: 5 m x 3.50 m x 3 m high
• Please check music duration, prizes, prices, and conditions in each category
• Saturday competition: Ticket pre-sale €7 until the 16th of May, at the doors €10 – Festival attendees: included
• Sunday Kid’s competition: There are no ticket fees, but we kindly ask you to donate 1 pet food item, anti-flea, and hygiene products for every 2 people. We will collect them and they will be given to an animal refuge in Alicante. You can donate throughout the whole weekend.
• Delivery of music in MP3 format with: category and name of participant as track title (example: GRUPAL FOLKLORE ESCUELA DE DANZAS AMANECER or SOLISTA BALADI JUANA SÁNCHEZ)
